Karen is a hockey mom, whose son is deeply involved in kids hockey. On top of her mommy duties, she makes health and fitness a big part of her daily life. She has a drive for fitness and enjoys spreading that passion through her coaching.
Jacob grew up in southern California and has always had a passion for the outdoors, fitness and health. He was first introduced to CrossFit in 2014 and he quickly realized that just because he played college football didn’t mean he was particularly “fit.” From day one he fell in love with the sport of fitness and it has redefined his view of health and athleticism.
